It also comes with a detachable leather strap, so you can wear it crossbody to work and then out on the town as a handbag the same night - no need to switch bags. What to Avoid: Keep your leather TriTote looking & feeling its very best by keeping it away from large amounts of water - submerging your sling may change the wear and appearance.
Cleaning: Spot clean your crossbody bag with a soft cloth and warm, slightly soapy water - make sure your cloth is damp not soggy! Polish brass hardware with a brass polishing cloth or clean microfiber cloth. Don’t have those? A clean, old t-shirt works great too.
All Cold Gold items are made by hand in small batches in Knoxville, TN.

How do I care for my Cold Gold leather goods?
Avoid getting your leather goods soaking wet. They may change texture or color if they are submerged in water. Light rain is fine, but if the rain is heavy, make sure to tuck your item into your rain jacket, or in a safe, dry place. Leather keychains and straps will stretch slightly over time. Leather is a great material, because it molds to you. Wristlets become softer and shape to your wrist the longer you carry them. What is your return policy?
Our policy is for you to be so so HAPPY with your purchase. If something is not right, we're happy to help, and can accommodate a return or exchange. If the item arrives damaged in shipment, we'll request a photo for our records. All sales are final in the case of custom orders.
